Resolution Window
Customers must report any issue with their order within 10 calendar days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for resolution.
No Physical Returns
We do not accept physical returns of any products. Items must not be sent back to us or to the supplier under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all products sold on our website, including stationery items, sale items, and discounted products.
Eligible Scenarios for Store Credit
We offer store credit only (no refunds to the original payment method) in the following verified cases:

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for store credit, customers must provide a clear, continuous video recording that meets all of the following conditions:

The video must show the sealed courier package before opening

The entire unboxing process must be recorded without cuts or edits

The product and any damage or issue must be clearly visible in the video
Photos alone are not sufficient. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be rejected.

Approved store credit will be issued within a reasonable processing time and can be used toward future purchases on our website.
